• Meeting with our Mental Coach and Nature Guide in the hotel
  
• Following a short briefing for the activity you will be accompanied to the starting point
  
• Both the Mental Coach and the Guide will give an activity briefing
  
• The Mental Coach will define the goals for the day
  
• The activity commences
  
• Follow up at the end of the activity with the Guide and the Mental Coach
